Hi! While we try to be on-line and answer questions as quickly as possible. Please remember that we are a  small family business. 
I make the dresses, headpieces, and crafty bits and my husband runs the shipping, and back office side of things. After a launch day we usually have a high volume of emails and messages asking questions about the products. So please give us a couple of days to respond.
