Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. 
Shipping is calculated at checkout. 
International shipping is not available at this time. 


EU customers please check out the Etsy store when it is open to make purchases. 

Shipping for the Studio occurs on Tuesdays and Saturdays only. 
Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping updates and tracking to be added.
Please check back here if you order often to make sure the shipping days have not changed. 

All dresses/headpieces/wings and custom creations are shipped with tracking and signature required delivery. 

It is up to the buyer to ensure the correct shipping address is added at check-out. Items will only ship to the address provided at check-out.


We currently do not offer a "gift packaging/shipping" option. 

For orders of $350 or more, we will require an email/phone communication to ensure the method of payment is your own and that you approve the purchase. 


Because of the increased refund request due to "my child purchased this without my permission" or "my card was used without my permission" this is a necessary step that we must take to protect both of us.
If we do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of the purchase we will refund the order and NOT ship any product(s). The product will be placed in the shop for sale again. 

We hope that you understand this extra step. 
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Exchanges 

Cancellations

You are welcome to cancel your order up to 24 hours after your order has been made as long as your items have not shipped. 

Please contact us to see if your order has been shipped. For new collection drops we usually shipped out the following day but it is best to check with us first just to make sure. 

Upcycled and Custom dresses and headpieces and wings are sold as is and are non-refundable and cannot be returned. 

Buyers must read over each listing in detail and look at the photos included in the listing.
